These Terms govern your use of the Content Approval Hub (the "Service"), operated by PRIVI IT SALES LLP ("the Company") for The Sales Inc. and its clients. By accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
The Content Approval Hub is a multi-tenant workspace for planning, reviewing, approving and tracking content between The Sales Inc, its clients, and their creative teams.
2. Accounts & workspaces
- Accounts are created by invitation from a Super Admin or workspace Admin.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Workspace admins are responsible for the users they invite and the roles they assign.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You will not:
- Attempt to access another client's workspace, data, or account.
- Upload, link to, or approve unlawful, infringing, harassing, or malicious content.
- Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, probe, or interfere with the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam or unauthorized marketing.
4. Intellectual property
- Your content (ideas, scripts, copy, media links, comments) remains owned by you or your client. You grant the Company a limited license to host, display and process it solely to operate the Service.
- Our platform — the software, design, and trademarks of the Content Approval Hub and The Sales Inc. — remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
5. Fees
Access is provided under the commercial arrangement between the Company and each client (typically a Statement of Work or subscription agreement). Where no separate agreement applies, the Service is provided free for evaluation only, with no service-level commitment.
6. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (hosting, database, email, social platforms). Your use of those integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or content.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential and use it only to perform under these Terms.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the security of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time; on termination, the retention rules in the Privacy Policy apply.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid to the Company for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from content you submit, approvals you grant, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
