This Privacy Policy explains how PRIVI IT SALES LLP ("we", "us", "the Company"), operating the Content Approval Hub for The Sales Inc. and its clients, collects and uses personal information. By using the platform you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, avatar, role, and workspace membership.
- Workspace content: ideas, scripts, copy, links, comments, approvals, dates, and status you or your team enter.
- Uploaded references: external links to files stored on your own drives (we do not host uploaded media).
- Usage & diagnostic data: log-in times, IP address, browser type, and error diagnostics used to keep the service reliable.
- Cookies: a session cookie/local-storage entry to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.
2. How we use it
- To provide the service — showing you only the clients, projects, and content you have access to.
- To send transactional emails: invites, password resets, approval notifications.
- To secure the platform — detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access, debug incidents.
- To improve the product using aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns.
3. Lawful basis
We process personal data on the basis of the contract between the Company and its clients, our legitimate interest in operating a secure platform, and your consent where required by applicable law.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Sub-processors that host the database, run authentication, send transactional email, and provide managed cloud infrastructure. Each is bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- Your own workspace — teammates in the same client workspace can see the content you create there, per the role you were given.
- Authorities when required by valid legal process.
5. Data retention
Workspace data is retained while your account or the client workspace is active. On account or workspace deletion, data is removed from active systems within 30 days. Backups are rotated on the provider's standard schedule.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- Access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate data.
- Deletion of your account and associated personal data.
- Portability of your data in a machine-readable format.
- To object to or restrict certain processing.

7. International transfers
The Company is based in India. Our sub-processors may store or process data in other jurisdictions with equivalent safeguards.
8. Children
The platform is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age.

10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
